We wish it could be called "Swellsboro." Today the body started to fall apart, not to mention the still-pins-and-needles fingers. Too too too long on the bike. Too many hours. Very difficult day. Today's fortune: Mountains, headwind, fatigue don't for good cycling make. I think tomorrow will be a tell-tale day for the quality and length of the rest of the trip.

I have an amazing brother. :) Keep it up.
Carson what's good buddy?
Just wanted to let you know how amazing I think this trip is!
Also, picked up my brand new Trek 4 Series! Told ya man...you've got me inspired. Keep doing good in this world. Good Karma will continue to follow. Oh and keep the iPOD charged. Hopefully you are using one :) Take care.

hey. . . it WOULD be okay to take a day off you know ;)
Take it easy, dude. Listen to your body as you normally do.
REMEMBER THE TURTLE AND THE RABBIT STORY, IT'S NOT A RACE. PUSH DOWN AND PULL UP.. JP
Hey Carson, take it easy, you know you can do this. Take in the scenery, this has to be the best way to see the country. Make sure you are getting enough fluids and calories! (Someone's getting a little bossy, don't you think?) You are amazing!
