Two Months 'Til Bike Trip Begins

Knock on some wood. Count your stars. Sixty days (or two months) from today, the cross-country, two-wheeled endurance vacation - now lovingly known as "The Bike Trip" - begins. If all things go as planned and google cooperates, which isn't necessarily planned, before long there will be a map here tracking progress.

Imagine all that broadcast as a circus ringmaster might: "Step right up! Get your lifetime supply of biking here. Only a few strings attached!" There will be a sideshow contest of guessing my current weight and then a follow-up for all the beans: guessing my weight around the 2nd week in June when The Trip is expected to roll into your town, if your town happens to be on the Oregon coast. (Eric says: "Yeah!")

WHO: Carson and Eric, and perhaps others intermittently...that means you T...Chump...
WHAT: The Bike Trip
WHEN: Saturday, April 26, 2008 to June 21, 2008
WHERE: Brookline to Pacific Ocean via Barkhamstead, Kerkhonksen, Smethport, Alliance, Wasbash, Kankakee, Waterloo, Sioux City, Pinedale, Boise, & Terrebonne.
